We are a family run company that repairs and services VELUX windows. Our service engineer used to worked for VELUX® and so has vast technical knowledge of VELUX products past and present that other companies won’t have. With that, you’re guaranteed an expert.
Our engineer is a VELUX® Certified Installer and has more than 18 years’ experience of working with VELUX® products. As a result, we will endeavour to find a solution to your fault or problem over suggesting a new installation to save you time and money.
We’re also part of Roof Window Repairs, a national group of ex-VELUX engineers that guarantees efficient, tidy and professional roof window installation, repairs and services.
Set up Skylight Services in 2009 and is passionate about providing a cost effective, efficient service to all our customers.
Matt used to work for The VELUX® Company Ltd from 2004-2009 as a service technician and then Skylight Services was born!
Jack is a valued member of the Skylight Services team and an important part of the next generation of our family-run business. As the son of Lucy and Matt, Jack brings fresh energy, enthusiasm and a fantastic attitude to the team. He has a natural ability to find practical solutions, is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and always goes the extra mile to help our customers and support the team.
